Due to the nature of our services, once a request is built and the service is initiated, it cannot be canceled.
If we determine that the service was not delivered as promised, we will issue a partial refund, after deducting a processing fee. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued in cases where we back you, meaning the service failed to meet the agreed-upon standards. This partial refund will be applicable only in such cases.
If you did not receive the partial refund and believe you should have, please email us at support@boostmyreferral.com with your order ID and a clear explanation of the issue. We may require documentation or evidence to assess the issue. Please note that refunds will be issued at our discretion, depending on the situation.
