Due to the nature of our services, once a request is built and the service is initiated, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

All payments made on BoostMyReferral are final and non-refundable, except under limited circumstances at our sole discretion.

A partial refund may be considered only if we determine that the service was not delivered or completed. All such determinations are made solely by BoostMyReferral after reviewing the request, usage activity, and related interactions.

Refund Conditions:

  • Any approved refund will be partial only
  • Processing fees, platform fees, taxes, and any applicable charges are strictly non-refundable
  • The final refundable amount, if any, will be determined at our sole discretion

Important Notes:

  • Outcomes, timelines, and results from any service are not guaranteed
  • Delays or lack of response from third parties do not qualify as service failure
  • Dissatisfaction with outcomes does not qualify for a refund

Request & Processing:

  • Refund requests must be raised within a reasonable time from the date of transaction
  • All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment provider timelines

If you did not receive the partial refund and believe you should have, please email us at support@boostmyreferral.com with your order ID and a clear explanation of the issue. We may require documentation or evidence to assess the issue. Please note that refunds will be issued at our discretion, depending on the situation.
